When you calculate a price, request a ride or order food or groceries, we process the details you enter: pick-up and destination, date and time, number of people, name, phone number and your message. We use this data only to answer your request, carry out the ride and bill it.
You send requests via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). WhatsApp’s privacy terms also apply.
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We only receive the amount, payment status and fees.
To search places and calculate the route, the places you enter are sent to map services based on OpenStreetMap. To convert prices into other currencies we fetch daily exchange rates, without any personal data.
We only use necessary cookies: one for your chosen language and, for our staff, one for signing in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
The website runs on a server in Europe. Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and backed up daily. We keep data as long as needed for the ride, accounting and legal retention duties.
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you and request correction or deletion, unless we are required to keep it. Just write to us on WhatsApp.
